Colby case ends with plea
The case against Preston Colby ended Friday in a plea agreement. Colby was originally charged with misdemeanor trespassing and theft on Jan. 22 in reference to an incident last fall. The state attorney's office dismissed the petty theft charge and the defendant pleaded no contest to trespassing, according to court records.
