Coping with miserable post-test depression?

'evening everyone;
approximately a week ago, I'd written a unit test for my senior french course (the exam was split into several different grammatical sections.) I felt fairly good about three-quarters of the test, but I realized after the exam that I was totally careless about one section, and likely screwed up another by mixing up "tense" rules and not double-checking my answers as thoroughly as I should have. I won't be getting the results back for another week, but I feel miserable and I can't seem to get the exam off my mind. I have a history of being a straight a honors student, and managed to score 97% for the course in the previous semester. It's a little nerve-wracking when you don't feel confident about the work that you've done, and I feel especially idiotic because this was a course that I was doing so well in prior to taking this exam. my question is, how do you guys cope with the feelings of uncertainty and post-test "woe" after writing an iffy test? many thanks...
