Has anyone else heard of the astrologer involved with predicting Ted Bundy's murders?

In a book about Ted Bundy's life (written by Ann Rule, a true crime writer who communicated directly with Bundy), it was said that an astrologer discovered that Bundy only committed murders when the Moon was in Scorpio, Taurus, or Pisces. Apparently she could work out when he murdered based on this information.
A psychologist who examined Bundy noted that he killed during depressive episodes that come with Manic Depression.

Knowing these two things, why do you think Bundy might kill during Moon in Scorpio, Taurus and Pisces, based on his chart? why might this have enhanced 'depressive' episodes in him? why was the transiting Moon so important for him in particular?

never heard of that before. Ted reminds me of someone i know...i think they have the same look in their eyes. its not a friendly look.
