Help me im pretty sure i have teen depression. I dont know what to do!?!?

for a little over 6-8 months ive been having sleeping problems i thought that it was something else and i went to the doctors in december and he just said continue taking sleeping pills for about a month and then stop then your sleeping will be back on track. well i got addicted to the pills,so addicted that i was taking about 2 extra strength every single night.but i was getting craving symptoms that just were not healthy so i quit taking them on my own. i still sometimes have the trouble sleeping like i wont sleep at night but in class i will,also recently ive been always getting these unexplained headaches and they just wont go away for like about 2 months.

and the sad thing is i have every single one of those symptoms. but ive been eating okay lately im 15 year old girl 85-90 lbs and almost 4'5. ive lost weight recently too. My mom doesn't be live me that i 'could' possibly have depression so she wont make a doctors appointment for me no matter what. no one else thinks i am too because i laugh Alot but they really dint know how i feel! please help me! what do i do?

go to the school nurse or counselor and have them talk to your mom for you.
