all school year i have not been able to concentrate on anything. i have very bad ADHD and when teachers talk i can't listen very long. i pretend to listen but, when i try to that's when i can't. i have also started to experience signs of depression, but i'm not sure if i have it. i also get mad at teachers and start yelling at them. i can never remember what work i need to turn in. i have been pushing away my friends but idk why. how can i get control of this? i was also told i might have manic depression but i haven't been tested for it.
The best thing you can do is visit your school counselor or ask your parents to set up an appointment for you to see a therapist. A therapist will be able to diagnose you properly and come up with a treatment plan that will be most helpful to you.

You are bipolar. The term "manic depression" is no longer used.
A year is one school year. Typically, that's two semesters or four quarters.
