For the first time in seven years, jurors in southeast Michigan are being asked to put to death a man accused of murder.The U.S. Justice Department told prosecutors to seek the death penalty if man is convicted of murder charges from 2001 armored truck robbery in Dearborn.

    Can't be prosecuted by the Justice Department, but if a private citizen wanted to file charges against him, they would be allowed.
