ESCONDIDO: Banned 'kisser' files claim alleging harassment
A man who was recently banned from the Joslyn Senior Center fortwo instances of kissing women on the cheek has filed a claimagainst city officials seeking $30,000 for what he alleges is abuseof power, harassment, libel, slander, emotional distress andinsensitivity to his "severe depression."
