I love this film. The portrait of what some young women go through to survive all the weird shit left over from their childhood and the feelings that spur from that part of existence is amazing. To have it put out for the world to see and identify with is even more phenomenal to me. Great film.

@BrightEyedBurglar most of the time its better to talk to friends or family, dealing it by yourself Is wayyyy tooo painful,and even if you don't feel like it, maybe write it on paper, strange as that sounds it works Scars are the worst, they take away the pain from emotional to physical pain, but then the emotional pain comes back, and then the cycle begins. You can get through this! Medication or any other form of help is not a WEAKNESS, they are building blocks 4 you to LIVE not SURVIVE!
@cwyss27 I think there is a difference between blaming everyone for your problems/not accepting responsibility and understanding how other people's decisions (especially from childhood) as well as your own decisions affect you (usually later in life) and then dealing with it by not denying or burying those effects. Wouldn't you agree?
She really shouldn't be in a relationship right now. He can be a great friend to her and help her through but she really can't handle being in a relationship until she deals with all this other stuff!

i am going through mild depression. i never get drunk or do drugs or have sex to forget my problems. i am always sober dealing with my pain. i only cut myself once on the tips of my fingers and that didnt help, it only stung afterwards. my mom doesnt yell or call me out when i say im sad about something that happened in the past, but i can also tell she doesnt want to hear or deal with the fact that im depressed. so now i try not to even bother her with whatever i am dealing with
