Tropical depression likely in Caribbean
A tropical disturbance over the western Caribbean Sea continued to strengthen, and has a high 70 percent chance of developing into a tropical depression over the next 48 hours, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said Friday.

   You've blamed yahoo news for reporting a Forbes magazine claim.

   Forbes magazine is famous for using rather stupid criteria in its rankings.

   It's the stage before a hurricane. Katrina was a category 4 hurricane, not a tropical depression.
