What are the symptoms and signs of depression in teenagers?

I think I may be clinically depressed but everyone thinks it's just because I'm a teenager. but the hurt, emptiness and confusion are much too deep. what are the signs of clinical depression, specifically in teens? thanks =)

It really depends on what makes you deppresed. if you just kinda are, it's probably just being a teenager. Remember, your NOT the only one who thinks this way.

But if it IS for a reson, like your parents divorsing or something, tell them! They won't know unless you do, and then, they can't do anything about it, right? ♥
