Which antidepressant works best for depression marked by heavy guilt?

I've been seeing a few psychiatrists for a while and they are trying to get me on the right medication, but I was wondering if anyone here could help me with some advice. my doctors believe at the moment that I may have bipolar disorder. during my depressive episodes, I experience a lot of very exaggerated guilt, a generally low mood, and lots of difficulty experiencing. I do NOT typically experience the lethargic-type depression that is very common in other people. my manic episodes are almost never euphoric. They are marked primarily with irritability and impulsivity and maybe feelings of grandeur. I am most concerned with finding the best medicine for my depression but any help is appreciated. do you know of any antidepressants that are especially effective for the symptoms I have described here? thank you for your help.
